Cooling snow fungus dessert to end the dayšŸ˜‹



[š—„š—²š—°š—¶š—½š—²]:

šŸ’ŸIn a pot, I added the snow fungus, driedĀ longan, red dates, pandanĀ leavesĀ andĀ rock sugarĀ .


šŸ’ŸI added water to cover all the ingredients in the pot with a lid and bought it to a boil.


šŸ’ŸOnce is boiled, i lowered the heat and continued cooking for another 20 minutes.


šŸ’ŸFinally i added gingko nuts and rock sugar and cooked for another 10 minutes.


šŸ’ŸOnce cooked i turned off the heat and allow the dessert to cool down before putting it to the fridge to chill.
