Cooling snow fungus dessert to end the day😋
[𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲]:
💟In a pot, I added the snow fungus, dried longan, red dates, pandan leaves and rock sugar .
💟I added water to cover all the ingredients in the pot with a lid and bought it to a boil.
💟Once is boiled, i lowered the heat and continued cooking for another 20 minutes.
💟Finally i added gingko nuts and rock sugar and cooked for another 10 minutes.
💟Once cooked i turned off the heat and allow the dessert to cool down before putting it to the fridge to chill.
