Hakka Yam Abacus Seeds are one of the many traditional Hakka dishes that are often served during celebrations, signifying wealth. Their yam abacus seeds have an amazing chewy texture. paired with meat , dried shrimps and crunchy mushrooms such as wood ear and dried Shiitake.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ„



2๏ธโƒฃ Yong tau foo (้…ฟ่ฑ†่…)

I love their yong tau foo , crispy tau foo and stuffed with lots of meat filling inside. Very shiok when dipped it with their chilli sauce ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ



3๏ธโƒฃ Ngoh Hiang (ไบ”้ฆ™)

Their ngoh hiang is crispy and filled with meat and chestnut ๐Ÿ˜‹one bite can taste the sweetness from the chestnut, pair it with their chilli sauce is ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘It is not so salty at all compare to other ngor hiang that i tried before.
