How about some keto meal from 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. It is my first time trying keto meal and it really surprise me of the portion, variety and taste of the meal .Really recommend to other 👍😍 They gave alot ingredient , smell so good 😋

Featuring:

1️⃣ 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘄 (Thai Basil Minced Quorn) oat fibre noodle - This is a thai inspired Pad Gra Prow dish. use a meat-free replacement, Quorn, a type of fermented fungal (mycoprotein) that is high in protein. For the noodle, it used oat-fibre + konjac which is high in insoluble fibre and zero carbs. I like the texture of the oat fibre noodle , very springy and delicious. Spicy and sour flavour  👍😋 I love their runny egg yolk and mixed with their noodle is the best.

2️⃣ 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗴𝗶 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗸𝗼𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗰 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 - the beef used is US Angus beef brisket cut. Rice is made from pure konjac and it have zero carbs. the bulgogi sauce is infused with Monkfruit sweeteners.

I totally love their beef bulgogi , soft , chewy and very flavourful 😋👍It match with their fried rice. One bite of the fried rice with the beef bulgogi and runny egg is so good 🔥

3️⃣ 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵 - They cook their bone broth over gentle simmer for 48hrs and  added asian aromatics eg galangal, ginger, coriander, lemongrass which are superfood with high anti-oxidant properties. They uses grassfed beef bone marrow and beef tendon, it is inspired from Vietnamese beef pho broth.

4️⃣  𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗮 - must drink warm and do have to stir before drink. Using premium unsweetened cocoa powder blended with grass fed butter, mct oil, coconut oil, monkfruit sweetener & high quality french cream.
